We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The building was stunning, with a breathtaking view of a nearby waterfall both from the outdoor onsen and our private outdoor onsen. The staff members were extremely kind and welcoming, providing a tour of the hotel upon our arrival. Their help and consideration made our vacation so much better. The meals were also excellent, with a grand banquet that left us full and content. Finally, the location was fantastic, with convenient transportation and a peaceful environment.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, taking care of everything from the moment you arrive. The onsen facilities are exceptional, with both public and private options, allowing you to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying breathtaking views. My Christmas stay at this hotel was incredible. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was presented beautifully. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the view outside was breathtaking. I particularly enjoyed the natural hot springs baths; they were so relaxing and peaceful. Also, the location was perfect, nestled within the mountains, providing a serene atmosphere.
There was honestly nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. My stay was perfect from start to finish, and I can't wait to go back someday. If I had to mention anything at all, it would be that getting there might be challenging during the winter season due to the road conditions, but the hotel staff is so accommodating that they provide winter gear for the car. I had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

This Japanese style Inn is such a perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. the location is quite isolated, making it a great getaway spot. the staffs are super kind, helpful and accommodating, and they offer a pick, up service from the city center. the rooms are very comfortable and clean and have an in, room Onsen for relaxation. the meals , dinner and breakfast , are delicious and exceptional, showcasing the best of Japanese cuisine. There are 8 natural hot spring baths available for visitors to enjoy. there are private onsens that can be reserved for a more intimate experience.
The hotel is located far from the city center, which can be a problem for those who prefer to stay near the city.

Nestled amongst majestic mountains, this traditional Japanese inn offers a perfect retreat. The peaceful sound of the nearby river is complemented by beautiful gardens and an impressive onsen. The staff are welcoming, offering an exceptional level of service, and the 10-course meal served each day is absolutely delicious. The private onsens provide an added level of privacy and tranquility, alongside the public onsens that offer fantastic views of the waterfall.
While the outdoor onsens offer spectacular views, it can be quite chilly outside, especially during the winter months. towels are not supplied for the upstairs outdoor onsen, which can be disappointing.
